Wintech focuses on producing slitter and rewinder about 20 years. Needless to say, we are one of the earliest companies that research and develop slitter and rewinder. So we have rich experience and a stable customer group. On the basis of market demand and customer feedback, we improve and update the type of machine to ensure that the machine is easier to operate and the fittings are more resistant to wear and tear, of course, on the condition that the machine's quality is good. In addition, our productive process has the feature of environment protection, low noise and so on. And the finished product is beautiful, clean, tidy and smooth. Besides, we also have the model that can rewind or slit more than two kinds of materials which we call dual-purpose or multi-purpose machine.

Production strength
We have professional assembly workshop and finishing workshop. The assembly workshop has 2 sets of stainless steel press brake and crane which is used to transport large parts when assembling and it's mainly used to assemble types of slitter rewinder. The finishing workshop has dynamical balance testing instrument, CNC finishing machine, milling machine, boring machine, threading machine and other equipment for producing precise machine parts.

Technical team
Since 1997 when Wintech founded, there are many experienced engineers gathering in our company. Now we have one technical team about dozens of engineers. The chief engineer has rich design experience and has designed the slitter rewinder about 25 years. The deputy engineer worked at one German machinery production enterprise and has rich experience on exploiting foreign machine. Besides them, we have several engineers who are in charge of exploiting new model. In a word, our engineers have their respective work such as design, making a proof, assembling and producing, program and test and detection after the machine produced. They can collaborate and finish a complete set of production procedures and they all have the ability of dealing with kinds of accidents. And they also can adjust the machine to meet customer's request. Besides the regular model we produce daily, our engineers also can produce the customized machine within their capacity.

Quality test
We also have professional quality test team and some checkout equipment. The worker sample the film and machine in production process at any time and the unqualified batch is recorded and banned from entering the next production. We try our best to ensure the machine's quality for reducing the trouble between us and customer. In the warranty period, our engineer will come to your workplace to provide maintenance service if the machine was broken down.
